2023-2024 Practice Room Sponsorships

It’s time once again for The Bands of CTJ Foundation to offer Practice Room Sponsorships!

For the 2023-2024 school year, the Foundation will be offering sponsorships for eight practice rooms in the CTJ Band Hall at $1,000 each. Sponsorships may be purchased as an individual, as a family, or as a group. For example, you can purchase a sponsorship as a group of families, as a group of alumni, as the Class of 2013, as the tuba section, etc.

Each Practice Room Sponsor will be recognized via a plaque hung outside the practice rooms featuring names and photos.

These sponsorships are being offered to help raise funds to cover necessary expenses for the Johnson High School, “Tex” Hill Middle School and Tejeda Middle School bands this school year.

The money raised from the 2023-2024 Practice Room Sponsorships will go toward:

• Purchasing new drumline/battery instruments for the Johnson Marching Band
• Scholarships to assist students in-need cover general band fees and Grand Nationals travel fees
• A $3,000 Donation to Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation
• • Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation keeps music alive in our schools by providing new musical instruments to underfunded music programs nationwide who may not be able to purchase new instruments on their own.
• Funds needed to cover other miscellaneous expenses for all three band programs
